Critical Notice
We cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt your data if you lose your credentials. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your master password and recovery keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the SyncVeil platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or defeat any security features or encryption mechanisms.
- Using the service to store illegal content, malware, or materials that violate intellectual property rights.
- Reverse engineering the platform's source code or APIs.
4. Intellectual Property
The SyncVeil platform, including its code, design, and logos, is the property of SyncVeil Inc. You retain full ownership of the data and files you upload to your encrypted vault.
5. Limitation of Liability
SyncVeil is provided "as is". In no event shall SyncVeil Inc. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SyncVeil's website, even if SyncVeil has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
